National level online poetry writing competition using AI in connection with Wildlife Week at Kuriakose Gregorios College


The poetry writing competition, held during Wildlife Week, successfully met its objective: to explore creative expressions of wildlife appreciation through AI-assisted poetry, fostering innovative conservation perspectives. This online event, managed via Google Forms, attracted 14 enthusiastic participants.

The competition challenged contestants to leverage artificial intelligence tools to craft original poems celebrating the natural world. Judges evaluated submissions based on creativity, thematic relevance, poetic merit, and the innovative integration of AI. Lakshmi S. Nair from Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, was the competition winner. This event successfully achieved its outcome: participants produced original, AI-enhanced poems demonstrating a unique blend of human creativity and technology in advocating for animal welfare and conservation. The high quality of submissions underscored participants' dedication to both artistic expression and environmental consciousness, significantly raising awareness for wildlife during this important week.
