Wetland sustainability and biodiversity conservation

To create knowledge about wetland as Wetlands are crucial ecosystems with environmental, economic, and social significance. They provide habitat for diverse plant and animal species, act as natural filters improving water quality, and contribute to flood control. Additionally, wetlands support various human activities such as agriculture, fisheries, and tourism, making them essential for sustainable development.

Student-led Pond Enhancement Program

The program aims to enhance the biodiversity and ecological balance of the school pond by introducing baby fish species into the ecosystem. Through hands-on participation, students will learn about aquatic habitats, biodiversity conservation, and the importance of maintaining healthy ecosystems. By actively involving students in the enhancement of the pond ecosystem, the initiative aims to promote environmental awareness, and inspire future conservation efforts within the school community.
