Green Guardians: School Clean-up Initiative at ST. ANTONYS HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL POONJAR

The program began with a lively program launch event, drawing participation from students, teachers, and community members alike. An orientation session was held to outline the program's objectives and stress the importance of environmental stewardship in maintaining cleanliness and community health. A dedicated student organizing committee meticulously planned and coordinated clean-up activities, collaborating with local authorities and community organizations to identify areas in need of attention within the school campus and surrounding public spaces. Throughout the program, regular clean-up campaigns were conducted, with students actively engaging in tasks such as litter collection, waste segregation, and beautification efforts. Their dedication and efforts not only fostered a sense of responsibility and pride towards the environment but also contributed to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more vibrant community.
