Introduction of Tilapia Fish Fry into Campus Fish Pond at Alphonsa College Pala
On November 15, 2024, the Bhoomithrasena Club of Alphonsa College, Pala, organized an event to introduce tilapia fish fry into the college's campus fish pond. The initiative aimed to promote sustainable aquaculture practices and enhance environmental awareness among students and faculty. A total of 15 participants, comprising 11 students and 4 teachers, actively engaged in the event. This hands-on experience provided participants with practical insights into fish farming techniques, pond ecosystem management, and the importance of biodiversity conservation.
