World Wetland Day Celebration at Govt. Arts & Science College, Calicut
World Wetlands Day was celebrated jointly by the Bhoomithrasena Club and EZED Foundation on 3rd February 2025, at 2:00 PM at Tagore Hall, Govt. Arts & Science College, Calicut. The documentary Before the Flood was screened, followed by a discussion led by Sri Sarath V of the EZED Foundation. A total of 40 members participated in the event. The members were divided into four groups and assigned four topics for discussion. After their discussions, each group presented their findings. Following the discussion, members of the Bhoomithrasena Club visited Thiruvachira, the nearest wetland to the college. The program concluded at 5:00 PM.
