Juniper 2k23 at Naipunnya School of Management, Cherthala

Juniper is a student orientation programme organised for new members selected from first year students. Juniper plays an important role in a student’s transition to a college life. Orientation programs are aimed at familiarizing the students to nature club and its activities. It enables them to make essential connection with nature club activities and develop network among other peers.

The orientation program named “Juniper 2023” was conducted on 30th Dec 2023, from 2.45pm to 3.30pm at Naipunnya School of Management in PG Seminar Hall held for welcoming new members to our nature club.

The event was anchored & gathering was welcomed by Ms. Manjari Krishna from S3 B.Com Finance. The orientation started with prayer song by Ms. Krishna Harison from S3 B.Com Tax. This was followed by an inspirational thought delivered by Ms.Devika Prasad, S3 B.Com Tax. The news updates was delivered by Ms.Aleena Cleetus of S3 B.Com CA. Later the welcome speech was done by Ms. Arundhathy K K, from S3 B.Com Finance. Our beloved Executive Director and Principal Rev.Fr.Baiju George Ponthempilly felicitated the gathering and motivated the new club members with his valuable words.

Later tree saplings were distributed to each class representatives from newly enrolled club members. Later, Mr.Aravind G Nair, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce and Management shared his experience as former club coordinator and urged students to actively participate in club activities. After that a video presentation on recap of club activities conducted by nature club members where played. Followed by Asst. Prof. Mr. Renju Chandran, Club Coordinator delivered key note speech about our nature club and gave an overview of the activities to newly enrolled members. Later Ms. Anagha M Nair of S5 B.Com Tax presented the report on previous year club activities. The programme was concluded by delivering the vote of thanks by Ms. Anjana V S from S3 B.Com Tax and ended with National Anthem.
