World Environment Day at MVGOVT.HSS PEROOR,KOLLAM
World environment day was observed with the active participation of the P.T.A,and the students .Beautification of campus by planting new trees was the highlight of the day . Retired Botany Professor of Fatima Mata National College , Kollam Dr Dicruz , took a class on the threatening issues faced by the environment.Posters were prepared by the students on the importance of environmental protection.The programme ended with a pledge by the students that they will protect the environment and preserve it for the future generations.
