Student induction Programme at Maharaja's College
Student induction Programme for Bhoomitra Sena Club members was organized on 1st October 2022 at 10 am using online platform Google Meet (https://meet.google.com/bjm-eoxm-hmu). A total of 30 students participated in the event. Dr. Shanti Vasudevan C. N. (Co-ordinator of Bhoomitra Club & Assistant Professor of Botany) gave the introductory speech highlighting the aim, objectives of the club and the action plan for the academic year 2022-23. Dr. Sathish Kumar Kandoth (Assistant Professor of Sanskrit) welcomed the gathering and also introduced the Resource Person. Sri. Sabu Abraham, HSA Physical Science, GVHSS, Kothala, Kottayam gave the key note address. Sir highlighted the importance of Bhoomithra Sena in College. He mentioned the activities that can be planned and arranged. He also stressed the role of youngsters in conserving nature. The talk was very well appreciated by the students. Ms. Soumya V. S. (Assistant Professor of Economics) gave the vote of thanks. The programme ended by 11.45 am.
