Environmental Awareness Campaign and Tree Planting Drive at BAFAKHY YATHEEM KHANA B.Ed TRAINING COLLEGE, KALPAKANCHERY
World Environment Day Program at Bafakhy Yatheem Khana B.Ed Training College, Kalpakanchery on 05/06/24
The benefits of trees in combating climate change were discussed. Students and teachers took a pledge on environmental conservation. The program included the following:
- Welcome Speech: Ms. Asmabi, English Department
- Pledge: Ms. Aiswarya, Mathematics Department
- Inauguration: Mr. Sainudheen Wafi, Principal
- Vote of Thanks: Ms. Fidha, Physical Science Department
After the formal proceedings, teachers and students planted 15 tree saplings on the campus. Decided to evaluate the trees next year on June 5, with an award to be given to the class that planted and nurtured the healthiest tree.
