Debate on World Population Day
On World Population Day, July 11, 2024, a debate was organized by the joint effort of the Bhoomithrasena Club, Nature Club, and NSS Unit of Bafakhy Yatheem Khana B.Ed Training College, Kalpakanchery, on the topic "Is Population Growth the Biggest Threat to Natural Resources?" The program was conducted from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm. Jaseema moderated the debate, and Afid, Unnimaya, Hajara, Haneena, Shamsiya, Shakira, Jasmath, Neethu, Jasmine, and Muhsina participated. All first-year students, teachers, and the principal attended the program as the audience. The program achieved its aim, creating a seed of thought in the minds of future teachers about the necessity of protecting nature and its biodiversity for future generations.
