Nurturing Nature: A Guide to Maintaining a Thriving Herbal Garden at KTM COLLEGE OF ADVANCED STUDIES
On 21.02.2025, BMC organized a program on maintaining a herbal garden, with 25 students actively participating. The initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability, enhance biodiversity, and encourage the use of natural remedies. Through this program, students learned about the benefits of medicinal and culinary herbs while fostering a deeper connection with nature. Additionally, the initiative emphasized organic gardening practices, contributing to improved air quality and overall well-being. As part of the program, new saplings of herbal plants planted students, further enriching the garden's diversity. By engaging in hands-on activities, participants gained valuable insights into sustainable gardening methods and the importance of preserving traditional herbal knowledge. The program successfully instilled environmental consciousness and encouraged students to incorporate eco-friendly practices into their daily lives.
