Seminar and Workshop on Renewable energy: Prospects for a sustainable future at Kuriakose Gregorios College
Bhoomitrasena Club, Department of Physics, NSS and IEDC of the college held a seminar and workshop on renewable energy resources on 18th December 2024. Ms. Sanju Augustine, Assistant Professor, St. Alberts College, Ernakulam and Ms. Gincy K Varghese Assistant Professor, St. Alberts College, Ernakulam were the keynote speakers. They emphasized the critical role of renewable energy in addressing global climate change and ensuring a sustainable future. A vibrant highlight of the workshop was the student exhibition, where working models demonstrating diverse applications of renewable energy were showcased. The exhibition fostered hands-on learning and encouraged innovative thinking among students.
